We are a team of passionate professionals committed to helping companies to share their valuable corporate information with more efficiency, lower costs and the best risk control. Our solutions change the way corporate departments do business by automating and streamlining the online registration and disclosure of information.
History
Our company was founded in 2002. The first years, we were developing custom web applications for legal and other corporate departments. In 2010, we acquired the legal and corporate management consulting firm Legal Manager. The combination of both the state-of-the-art software of EFFACTS and the business knowledge of Legal Manager created a unique combination on the market.
Since then, we changed our focus from developing custom solutions to the development of one standard solution. We believe that we can provide companies with the most competive information management solution for the registration, control and sharing of corporate matters. Today, our solution is helping more than 5.000 companies be in control of their corporate data in over 5 countries, with more than 25,000 users.
